What happens here

HOW IT CAME TO BE

Showing up beyond the building.

01

The Need

The Cathedral straddles the boundaries of several Baltimore neighbourhoods, and its community believes in showing up for that community both within and beyond the Cathedral itself.

02

The Vision

The Cathedral seeks to welcome all to worship joyfully, care deeply, and act boldly as followers of Christ. Its building and community date back to 1932, when the cathedral first opened for worship. Already home to the Children's Peace and Memorial Garden, it wants a second Sacred Place on the same campus in a different location.
